Returns:  Satisfaction is guaranteed.  We will happily refund the purchase price (less shipping and handling).  All returned items must be posted within 30 days of order. We require that returned Milk Shop Mama products be unused and unwashed.   All returns will be thoroughly examined and items that do not meet our return qualifications will be sent back at the customer's cost.

Exchanges:  We will happily exchange any Milk Shop Mama item originally purchased through our Online Store.   If you would like to exchange your Nursing Scarf for a different style, please send your Nursing Scarf to the return address below with a note that includes your shipping information, new style preference and a check for the shipping and $5 handling charge.
